PurposeBuiltRental.ca is an online directory of purpose-built rental developments across Canada. We connect renters with developers and property managers who own and operate purpose-built rental buildings. We are not a real estate brokerage and do not lease, sell, or manage properties directly.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:

Scrape, harvest, or copy listings, images, or other content for commercial purposes without our written consent;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems;
Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content;
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Site or its underlying software;
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Listings and Information Accuracy

Listings on the Site, including property details, suite availability, pricing, photos, and developer information, are provided for general informational purposes. While we make reasonable efforts to keep this information current, details may change without notice and we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or availability. You should always confirm details directly with the developer or property manager before making decisions.

4. Third-Party Links and Developer Sites

The Site contains links and click-through tracking to developer websites and other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Your interactions with developers, property managers, or any third party found through the Site are solely between you and that third party.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of PurposeBuiltRental.ca or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. All other use requires our prior written permission.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content through the Site (for example, a contact-form message or feedback), you grant PurposeBuiltRental.ca a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Site and responding to your inquiry.
